Natsumi Nakamori returns to the FRMNT FESTIVAL. This Japanese resident in Vilanova i la Geltrú has stolen our hearts.

With her project Pickles Natsumi, she spreads Japanese culinary culture in the Catalan lands. She makes delicious and unique Kimchi and offers courses and classes on fermentation and Japanese cuisine.

In Japan, there are many fermented foods that are part of daily meals.

One of them is koji-based condiments.

This time, Natsumi will present some of them and explain how to make them.

And if that wasn't enough, she will demonstrate in a showcooking format how to easily incorporate these condiments into our cooking, so you can create dishes with natural umami, free from additives, and delicious.
