In this workshop, you will learn the simplest and most enjoyable way to make your own delicious hot sauce. From the fruit to the bottle, through various forms that make the process a unique moment full of spicy culture. We will highlight the flavors of these magical fruits. We will understand lacto-fermentation from its technical side to its wildest, most primal, and highly artistic aspect. Since each sauce is a personal result worthy of being crafted and, above all, shared. With this workshop led by Mario Pérez, CEO of BRAVASA, we will understand that hot sauces should not only be spicy but also have extremely pleasant nuances and flavors that serve as a condiment for our food as well as a medicinal factor for the body.

Project Description Bravasa is a 100% artisanal, vegan, and gluten-free hot sauce made in Barcelona by Andrea Costa, Mario Pérez, our son Lautaro, and the entire spicy family. A delicious combination of flavor and spicy touches! Made from Peruvian strain chili peppers grown in Almería, Mediterranean products with a designation of origin, and using ancestral techniques like fermentation and the season as inspiration. We want to be part of the "spicy" community that enjoys the culture of chili peppers, where the arts inspire the creativity of not just a sauce, but a grateful and joyful movement.
